MOHANJI explains the state of mind that decides whether you make your life into a hell or a heaven
Heaven and Hell are two states of human existence. Heaven is not apart from you, nor hell is apart from you. This is your choice. You can be in heaven or in hell. It depends on how you operate and where you operate. If you are operating with your limited mind, which has ego, anger, jealousy, and frustrations, then you are operating in hell. If you are operating in the higher states where it is kindness, love, and compassion –- this is heaven.
What happens is even if you are suffering or you are going through pain, you are encountering obstacles and you’ll not be affected because your plane of operation is kindness, love, and compassion. So, these are aspects of you.
Earth is one of the gross planes where you have a body; you have a mind, you have the intellect to express and experience. But there are planes where you are not created through elements, or an entity is not represented through elements. So, in such a situation, you can say this is more of a heavenly operation because the pains, the tears and the wears of our existence don’t happen there. This is another aspect of thinking.
But why don’t we go there? Because all our desires are based on the earth and it is not because it’s not accessible to you. It’s accessible, provided your desires are not related to the earth. But, people want to get married, fall in love, or get married and have children and everything here.
But if it’s the other way around where you’re already connected to the higher state of another plane where you are not really caring about the body or you have no desires related to the earth, then, in that case, you’ll go there. So, that is a perpetual heavenly state where you have zero desires, and you are perpetually in a bliss state.
Desires guide the state of mind
When desires are not there, bliss settles in. Desires make us do things which we probably don’t want to do in various permutations and combinations. Let’s evaluate an individual with lots of desires, fears, anger, jealousy, and such lower qualities and a set of people who have no desires. These are people we call saints, the sadhus. They can access anything they like, but they don’t need anything. This is a super state of richness. It’s not the money that you have; it’s the state in which you are operating. You have everything, but you don’t need anything. You are fine the way you are. This is power, real power.
So, heaven and hell are states which you can create, and you can uncreate. It’s not a place where you are taken and put there, like an old age home. That’s not the place. Like after death, you go there, and you sit there. What next? Nothing. Just sit. That can’t be heaven. Then you have no utility. Merging completely with the father – the highest consciousness is bliss because as an identity, as an entity, you don’t exist.
But you can choose to come back as well and still be in bliss; that’s not a problem. Because if you convert your operating level only on unconditional love, where desires are very minimal, and also you would like to serve the people, you would like to experience existence through service or to be good to people or wanting to help people and express only in that level, that time things are fine.
You are in heaven already here while existing. You can call this a liberated existence where you exist without attachments, without desires, and then when you leave the body, you’ll automatically reach there — you are going from a plane of detachment and you are arriving at a plane of detachment.
So, when the question comes, “Would you like to go back?” you may say, “No, I’m fine.” You have already graduated to a different plane. This is the way to evolve; from an animal’s birth to a man’s birth and through a human birth to the higher, while death is when we can transfer or transform ourselves to the higher plane by reducing desires, reducing clutter, being simple, and then when we leave the body, we leave the body in peace.
Then, we leave the body with absolute awareness. That means we exit through the place where we came from – the top of the head, at will. We bring this all back to the top of the head and exit. Then you may not come back. You may choose not to come back. You may say, “I’m fine; this is what I wanted. I experienced the earth. Thank you very much. I’m grateful. I’m going.”
