Everything we do or think creates an impression in energy. Energy is what matters. The way we utilise emotion or we block it or we judge it, or we don’t want to feel it, all of that creates an impression in energy. This energy gets stored in your energy field. And there it stays.
Your energy field is akin to a historical record. Over the years, all that you’ve been thinking, feeling, saying and doing is stored in you. The records have details of when you were stressed, when you were working too hard, when you were not looking after yourself properly.
Don’t take the negative energy that so builds up inside you, lightly. For, the negative energy that builds up in and around us makes it harder and harder for us to be able to function within. It gets dull, and we feel dull. And then, the beauty of life slips out of our being. We fail to see the marvellous people that are around us or the opportunities that we could have had. We miss so much of the good people that could have made a difference to our lives. We lose our chance to progress.
But there is no cause for alarm. There is no reason to give up. There is a way out of this turbulence that you may have created for yourself. Learning how to clean out all of this negative energy, learning how to manage your energy, is a very basic life skill.
I’m so delighted that in this day and age, people are more willing to look at these sort of things and find simple, easy ways to make a difference to how their energy field is functioning.
Anything you can do like exercise, movement, yoga are great for your energy field. Even just daily bathing can make a difference. If you’re under the shower, think, “I’m being cleansed, not just my body but my mind and my spirit is being cleansed by the water”. Then your intention, used consciously, will interact with the water and the energy of the water.
While you’re in the shower, breathe in and then just release all the stress, tension and dullness that you might have been feeling. Let it go with the water as you’re showering.
Simple things like this, if you do them regularly, can really help you to manage your energy fields and understand what it means to be a healthy human being. You will then be on the right energy track and you would have built a foundation for a more positive attitude to life.
